While ‘TNT’ and ‘The Problem Child’ are both undefeated in their pro boxing careers, Paul has certainly beaten a more well-known list of opponents, including MMA greats such as Anderson Silva, Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.
As such, Chael Sonnen is backing Paul to “surprise” Tommy Fury as he surprised Silva in October last year. In a recent video posted to his YouTube channel, ‘The American Gangster’ pointed out why Paul has the upper hand over Fury. Sonnen believes Paul’s ability to deceive his opponents with his feints must have even taken ‘The Spider’ by surprise:

Tommy Fury believes that Jake Paul venturing into MMA by signing a multi-year deal with the Professional Fighters League (PFL) is down to ‘The Problem Child’ knowing the outcome of their scheduled boxing match.
Jake Paul recently sent shockwaves across combat sports circles when he declared his intention to compete in MMA. The 26-year-old also owns equity in the PFL and will reportedly compete in the promotion’s new Super Fight division.
